Well, not so much a round-up, but a couple interesting articles over the weekend on privacy related issues:
- Ask.com now allows users to control how long their search histories are kept.
- FakeNameGenerator.com allows you to create a complete fake online identity — including SSN and MasterCard number. Great for testing ecommerce websites, but even better for consumers to avoid marketing messages.
Looks like Google and Microsoft are responding in kind:
